MODULAR HOMES

------- What Is A Modular Home? -------

It is a home built by an advanced building system. That's all. A Site built home is also a building system but it is built the old way, board by board.

Modular homes are constructed to the same building code required by your state, county and specific locality using the same quality materials as site-built homes. The major difference is that modular homes are built in a factory and delivered in modules. Modular homes are the strongest of all wood-framed homes, and are usually better than 90 percent complete when delivered.

The modular building system uses jig & assembly line efficiency to build a house without the structure being exposed to rigors of climate & weather. Mass buying of material, assembly line efficiency & a climate controlled atmosphere results in a superior product for less money.
