PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES COURSES AVAILABLE
Real estate licenses in the states of CT, MA & RI are reciprocal. If you have a license in one state you don't need to take a test to acquire the license in the others. To qualify for the state exam, one must complete a pre-licensure principles and practices course. In CT this is a 60 hour course. Most colleges or real estate schools will offer the course in a 12 week (2 nights per week) or occasionally a 16 week Saturday morning session. Without a doubt the fastest way to obtain a license is in MA, which requires a 24 hour course. One can complete the course in a weekend, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. The easiest way to obtain a CT license is to acquire the MA license by completing the weekend course, and then obtain the CT license through reciprocity. When you pass your test and wish to interview with an aggressive firm, please call Dennis or Sara at 1-800-338-1433 ext. 202 or 203 Bay State AcademySalesperson Course: 24 hours of pre-licensing education for SALES Massachusetts real estate exam.
