I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and have been in sales and sales management for over 12 years.
I have been trained with FranklinCovey Time Management Skills and other skills including The Art of Successful Negotiation.

Today, the internet is a powerful tool in the real estate industry. I can put it to work for you! Over 75% of people use the internet to start their property search. Sellers can have their property online through internet broadcasting systems. Buyers can be placed on automatic emails and be notified when a new property the instant it becomes available.

I strive to stay informed about the latest internet and technological developments. Currently, I am teaching myself web publishing with HTML and XHTML, CSS, and Javascript.

The key to a successful closing is my service. I am here to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish and always available to answer all of your questions.

Recently, I have sold and purchased my own house. I can easily relate to the situations and emotions that come during this stressful, yet exciting time. I coordinate all important dates and deadlines for inspections, finances and closings.
